The rusher Ezekiel Elliott scored two touchdowns, breaking the tie with a short run in the fourth quarter, and the Dallas Cowboys won 27-20 against the Eagles in Philadelphia, Sunday evening.

Elliott, who has passed his or her other major, by air, totaled 187 yards in attack. He ran for 151 yards in 19 carries.

The pivot Dak Prescott has completed 26 of his 36 passes for gains of 270 yards and a touchdown for Dallas (4-5). Amari Cooper has added 75 yards on six receptions.

In the Eagles (4-5), Zach Ertz has excelled with 145 yards in 14 caught, grabbing two balls in the end zone. Carson Wentz has hit the target 32 times in 44 opportunities for 360 yards, in addition to committing an interception.

The two courses share the second rank of the eastern section of the national Association, behind the Washington Redskins, who have won six of their nine clashes this season.
